Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The price at the moment you place the order is the price you pay; delivery costs and any surcharges are itemised at checkout before you confirm. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

The contract

Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order — for example when a product has sold out between your click and our shelf — in which case anything already paid is refunded in full.

Delivery

Delivery methods, costs and times are described on the delivery page and shown at checkout. Risk passes to you when you or a person you designate takes possession of the goods.

Withdrawal and returns

Consumer withdrawal rights, including the 14-day period and the exemptions for perishable and unsealed food, are described on the returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Complaints

Statutory warranty for conformity of goods applies. Complaints go to hello@solina.si; we confirm receipt within five working days. We do not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent, and disputes may also be raised on the European ODR platform.
