Before anything joins the range, we go and see where it grows.
We visit every farm at least once a year. We taste the whole harvest, not a sample, and talk through what changed — drought, frost, a new barrel.
If a producer cannot tell us which plot the oil came from, we do not sell it. That is why the range is small and changes through the year.
