Ships the same day
Orders in by noon on a working day leave the shelf that afternoon and arrive in 2–3 working days.
Travels insulated
Cured and fresh goods go in insulated packing. In high summer we hold a parcel a day rather than let it cook in a depot.
Or skip the courier
Collect from the shop for free — order online, pick it up at the counter. We hold it for seven days.
The fine print, in plain words
We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Every delivery cost is itemised before you place the order — there is nothing to discover afterwards.
Cash on delivery carries a 1,50 € surcharge, charged by the carrier and shown at checkout like everything else.
If a parcel arrives late or damaged, photograph it and write to us — the returns page says exactly what happens next, and none of it involves arguing.
