How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–3 working days; orders in by noon ship the same day. Details and prices are on the delivery page.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, Cash on delivery, Card. You choose at checkout, and every cost is shown before you place the order.
A product I want is out of stock — will it come back?
Sometimes only next season. Batches are small and when a vintage sells out it is gone; the next one arrives when the producer makes it, not before. Ask us and we will tell you honestly which it is.
How should I store what arrives?
Each product page says. As a rule: oil dark and cool, cured meat wrapped in its paper in the least cold part of the fridge, cheese likewise, honey wherever you like — it does not spoil, it only crystallises.
Do you ship outside Slovenia?
To the neighbours, yes — the country list at checkout is current. Further afield, write to us and we will quote a carrier honestly.
Can I return something?
Within 14 days if unopened; perishables are legally exempt. The full rules are on the returns page.
