We keep what an order needs, and nothing else.
What we keep, and why
Orders — name, address, email, phone and what you bought. Legal basis: performing the contract, and tax law, which requires us to keep invoices for ten years.
Accounts — the same details plus a password, stored only as a hash. You can delete your account by asking us.
The producer letter — your email, only if you signed up, only until you unsubscribe. Every letter carries an unsubscribe link.
Reviews — the nickname you chose and what you wrote. Your email is kept with the review but never published.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your data for marketing, we do not profile you, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Who else sees data
The carrier gets your delivery address. Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf under a processing agreement. Nobody else.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it erased where no legal retention applies — hello@solina.si. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
